Terms & Conditions of Purchase
Webiix Eshop provides its service to you on the following terms and
conditions. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
- All prices quoted on the site include Australian Goods
and Service Tax.
- You have familiarised yourself with our delivery
information and returns policy.
- The site or any portion of the site may not be
reproduced, duplicated, copied or otherwise exploited for
any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted.
Delivery and Postage Fees
International Orders
All international orders will be charged for all postage fees required for us to deliver the items to the destination address. If you require an estimate of the cost prior to processing your order, please tick the available box on the order form, else this charge will automatically be added to your credit card.
Australian Orders
When you order more than $275 worth of goods through the
ATRAES website, you qualify for FREE DELIVERY. This offer covers
most of the items within the shop, however some heavy, bulky or
over length items will be excluded.
When invoice value is below $275, you will be charged for all
postage fees required for us to deliver the items as quickly as
possible to the destination address. If you require an estimate
of the cost prior to processing your order, please tick the
available box on the order form, else this charge will
automatically be added to your credit card.
Cancellation
If your order was damaged during delivery, ATRAES will send
you a replacement. You will be required to return the damaged
product to us to assess prior to replacement.
If you believe the product received is different from what you
ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund on
return of the goods.
If you “changed your mind” and simply don’t want what you have
ordered, it will be at our discretion whether a credit will be
raised, of course freight will be your concern.
Security
Although this is the "Age of the Internet", many people are still
worried about trading over the internet. We can assure you that we have
done everything possible to protect your details while purchasing
products from us.
Privacy Policy
Once you have purchased an item from the online store, your
details will be recorded on our database. This database is for
our delivery department, and your convenience upon returning to
our shop. We will not sell, trade or rent information from this
database, and if in future we use this information for any
promotions, you will be given the option of being excluded.
