CINCH BELAY DEVICE
The Cinch is the latest in a long line of innovative belay devices
introduced by Trango.
We designed it with an eye for function,
aesthetics and simplicity,
so it offers up a secure belay and lower on a wide range of single
ropes. On smaller diameter ropes, or when holding falls that generate
extremely high loads (In excess of factor 1) the Cinch acts
dynamically, reducing shock loads to the belay system. In addition it
will release easily and modulate fluidly while you?re rappelling or
lowering off.
The Cinch feeds rope easier than any other device, fits
nicely in your hand.

Petzl Rig Compact Self Braking Descender
- Designed for rope access work (expert users only)
- Multi-functional handle allows the user to:
- unblock the rope and control the descent with the hand on the free end of the rope
- position himself while on the rope without tying off the device - The automatic return system on the handle limits risks in case of an involuntary action by the user
- Handle storage position reduces the risk of snagging when the descender is being carried on the harness
- The safety gate on the moving side plate helps prevent dropping the device and facilitates installation of the rope and passing intermediate anchors
- Pivoting cam facilitates taking up the slack in the rope. Can also be used to make a reversible haul system, and for short ascents (in conjunction with a FOOTPRO foot loop and an ASCENSION handled rope clamp).

Eddy is the perfect belaying device for sport climbing for either novice or the experienced climber. The Eddy doesn't need much explanation and in simplicity is safety. Easy to thread, the rope follows logically the rope flow. A controlled descent with an emergency break system eliminates the ''panic pull'' syndrome which can lead to serious accidents. The Eddy provides maximum safety whether top roping or lead climbing with easy paying out of rope to the leader. Petzl Pirana
Descender
The PIRANA descender offers multiple braking options and can be installed on the rope without removing it from the harness. Designed for use with canyoning descent techniques.
- Three different braking positions to select from before beginning a descent
- Two supplementary braking spurs allow friction to be varied during descent
- A carabiner with a cross section of 12 mm (e.g. ATTACHE) provides a tight fit in the small hole, creating a «rigid» carabiner / descender unit
- Stays securely attached to the harness during rope insertion, to help prevent loss
